Where are your products made?
All of our towels are made in Turkey, and all of our towels are made of high quality Turkish cotton.
How often should I replace my bath towels?
Our bath towels will last you for years, however to keep them the high quality, masculine towels they should be, we recommend replacing them every 1-2 years.
How often should I wash my towel?
The recommendation to keep your towel rugged and fresh is to wash it once a week. See our care guide for more details.
What is the metal card you sent me?
These are collectors cards that each come with a unique discount. Every order comes with one. It is either, Gold, Silver or Black.
What does the code mean that came with the card?
The code is a password to log into the page of the color of card you received. Scroll down to the bottom under quick links and select "Rugged Metal Cards." You will see the login options there. Do not share your code with others.
What are the scents on your towels made of?
All of our scents are made of essential oils, water and witch hazel(used in skincare products).
